Eligibility
- To be eligible for a return, the item must:
- Be in the same condition as received.
- Be unused and unwashed.Include all original tags and be in the original packaging.
- Include a receipt or proof of purchase.
Items that don’t meet these conditions may not be refunded or exchanged.
How to Start a Return
Email support@easy-wipe.com to request approval. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Once approved, we’ll email you the return address and instructions. To receive a refund, the product must be returned to us, received, and approved.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping is not free. All return costs are the customer’s responsibility unless your item is confirmed defective or incorrect. Please double-check you wish to return an item before initiating the process.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 3 days at support@easy-wipe.com with photos or a short video so we can resolve it quickly.
Non-Returnable Items
For legal and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of:
- Personalized or custom items
- Gift cards and discounted/final-sale items
- Used items or items not in their original condition

Exchanges
Want a different item? The fastest method is to return your original order and place a new one. Once your return is approved and processed, you’ll receive your refund.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect your return, we’ll email you to confirm approval or rejection. If approved, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the refund. If you haven’t received it after 15 business days, contact us at support@easy-wipe.com.
Order Cancellations
Plans changed? Contact us as soon as possible. If your order hasn’t been processed yet, we can cancel it. If it has already been processed or shipped, you can return it after delivery (return shipping at your expense).
