Article 1 – Definitions
In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:
1.1 Cooling-off Period: the period in which the customer may exercise the right of return.
1.2 Customer: a natural person who is not acting in the course of a business or profession and enters into a distance contract with EasyWipe.
1.3 Day: a calendar day.
1.4 Subscription Transaction: a distance contract involving a series of products and/or services with obligations spread over time.
1.5 Durable Medium: any tool that allows the customer or EasyWipe to store and retrieve information.
1.6 Right of Return: the option for the customer to withdraw from the distance contract within the return period.
1.7 Company: EasyWipe, which offers products and/or services to consumers via distance selling.
1.8 Distance Contract: an agreement concluded using remote communication methods, such as a website or email, without simultaneous physical presence.
1.9 Means of Remote Communication: tools such as websites, email, or apps used to conclude a contract.
1.10 E-commerce: a business model where EasyWipe sells products online and ships them directly from suppliers to customers.

Article 3 – Applicability
3.1 These Terms & Conditions apply to every offer from EasyWipe and to every distance contract concluded between EasyWipe and the customer.
3.2 Before completing a purchase, these Terms & Conditions will be made available to the customer.
3.3 If additional terms apply, the customer may rely on the most favorable condition in case of conflict.
3.4 If any provision in these Terms & Conditions is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective.
Article 4 – Offers
4.1 All offers by EasyWipe are non-binding and may be changed or withdrawn.
4.2 Product descriptions are accurate and accompanied by truthful images. Obvious errors do not bind EasyWipe.
4.3 Each offer clearly states customer rights and obligations, including prices, shipping costs, payment methods, and delivery details.
Article 5 – The Agreement
5.1 A purchase agreement is established when the customer accepts an offer and fulfills the stated conditions.
5.2 EasyWipe confirms receipt of an order electronically.
5.3 EasyWipe ensures secure electronic transactions and provides a safe online shopping environment.
Article 6 – Shipping Policy
6.1 EasyWipe ships directly from suppliers outside the United States.
6.2 Average delivery time is 6–10 business days.
6.3 Customers are responsible for any applicable import duties, taxes, or customs fees.
6.4 Delays or additional costs due to customs processing are the sole responsibility of the customer.
Article 7 – Return Policy
7.1 Customers may return products within 100 days of receipt.
7.2 Items must be unused, in original condition and packaging, and approved in advance via email.
7.3 Returns are accepted only with prior authorization from EasyWipe.
7.4 Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Article 8 – Exclusions from Return
The right of return does not apply to:
- Customized or personalized products.
- Products that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons if opened or used.
Article 9 – Prices & Payment
9.1 Payments must be made within the timeframe indicated on the website.
9.2 In case of late or failed payment, EasyWipe reserves the right to charge reasonable fees.
Article 10 – Warranty & Conformity
10.1 EasyWipe guarantees that products conform to the agreement and are fit for normal use.
10.2 Defective or incorrect items must be reported within 3 days of receipt.
Article 11 – Liability
11.1 EasyWipe is not liable for:
- Delivery delays caused by suppliers or external factors.
- Damage resulting from misuse of products.
- Costs related to customs duties or import taxes.
Article 12 – Complaints
12.1 Complaints must be reported within 14 days via support@easy-wipe.com.
12.2 EasyWipe will respond to all complaints within 14 days.
Article 13 – Governing Law & Disputes
13.1 These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the United States.
13.2 Any disputes will be submitted to a competent court in the United States.
