EasyWipe is not responsible for import duties, taxes, or customs fees that may apply to your order. Please check your country’s regulations before placing an order.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking link by email.
How to Track Your Order
- Check your shipping confirmation email.
- Click the tracking link to view your package status.
- Please allow a few days for the tracking information to update.
📌 Note: Some carriers work with local partners. Tracking may only update once your package arrives at the local distribution center.
Missed Delivery
If you are not home at the time of delivery:
- The carrier will usually attempt redelivery or drop off the package at a pickup point.
- Check your tracking link for the latest status and pickup details.
💡 Please make sure to collect your package on time. Unclaimed packages may be returned to the supplier, and any additional shipping costs for resending will be the customer’s responsibility.
